RESET™ - Resilience for High-Performance Teams: From Surviving Pressure to Performing Through It
A Science-Based System for Stress, Energy & Sustainable Performance
High-performing professionals are not struggling because they are weak.
They are struggling because nobody has given them a system. RESET™ changes that.
RESET™ is a one-day, science-based resilience programme for leaders and professionals under sustained high pressure. It gives them the science, tools, and a personal system to perform at the highest level — sustainably — without sacrificing their health, judgment, or the people around them. Built on Karasek’s Demand-Control Model, Conservation of Resources Theory and Kristin Neff’s self-compassion research — every framework has been lived, tested, and refined across 28+ years of senior finance and leadership roles in global organisations.

Objective
By the end of RESET™, participants will:
- Understand stress as a manageable process — not an inevitable condition — and identify exactly where their patterns escalate
- Distinguish between stress caused by misalignment and lack of control — rather than lack of ability — and identify one structural friction to address immediately
- Build a personal energy management system with at least one daily regulation practice ready to implement the next working day
- Develop the strategic ability to evaluate which stressors deserve their energy and which to reduce or remove
- Design a personalised 30-day resilience action plan — specific, measurable, and immediately actionable
- Leave with a science-based personal resilience system — built during the programme, ready to use the next morning
